Terms of service.

1. Services Provided

I offer videography, drone cinematography (FAA Part 107 certified), and post-production editing services. The scope of work, including deliverables, timeline, and cost, will be outlined in a written estimate or contract before each project begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A [percentage, e.g., 50%] deposit may be required to secure booking.

• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional costs.

• Weather-related drone shoot cancellations will be rescheduled whenever possible.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• I retain ownership of all raw footage and project files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive a license to use the delivered, final media for the purposes outlined in the contract (e.g., broadcast, web, social, internal use).

• Any additional use beyond the agreed scope may require a new licensing agreement.

5. Revisions

• Estimates include [number, e.g., 2] rounds of reasonable revisions on edited content. Additional revisions may be billed at the standard hourly/daily rate.

6. Liability

• While I take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, I am not liable for project delays or issues outside of my control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, acts of God).

• Drone services are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations; I am not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by restricted airspace or permit issues.

7. Credit & Promotion

I reserve the right to use completed projects, in whole or part, for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media), unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

8. Governing Law
